Leadership Development Center: Leadership Development Center was established in 2010 by Lori Pritchard and focus on personal and leadership development. Our Coaches use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality assessment tool to help individuals throughout the world gain insights about themselves and how they interact with others. The initial assessment enables personal transformation by giving people a powerful tool for improving how they communicate, learn, and work. WHAT ISSUES CAN WE HELP ADDRESS? Leadership Development Center instruments consist of wide-ranging applications used to promote growth and development in many organizational settings, including business, counseling, and education.
